Committee on Court Activities Update

Morning Giants Neck Beach -

The new Court Committee has been established and I wish to thank all the previous  members who volunteered their time to serve GNBA. 

The new Committee on Court Activities has been appointed and the members are-

Lisa Doggert- Former BOG Court Comm liaison

Emily Young

This has been a long process for the Community with passionate voices on all sides of this issue. I believe the new members of the committee each will bring a unique perspective and a willingness to be objective in making recommendations on policy to the BOG and ultimately to the Membership that will be acceptable to the majority.

Thank you to all of you for volunteering and to the many who reached out to me offering their time that were not chosen.

Lisa Doggert will head up the new Pond and Wildlife Committee with Gerry VonNoordennen as Co- Chair- They will be reaching out to the members of the previously separate Geese and Pond Committees to see who wishes to continue to serve.

Thank you to all who came and voted to pass the budget for the next fiscal year at Saturday's annual membership meeting. I especially thank Costa Loukellis for the great work in leading the budget committee as well as his budget committee team who helped produce a good and balanced budget.

We started the process to digitize our GNBA paper records.  Ava Kelly is doing a great job in organizing the process. We will keep the paper records until it is determined the legal and practical time periods we are required to do so.
