              GNBA Clubhouse Event Application

Checklist of things to do:

1. Check the GNBA Calendar to see if the date you propose is available
2. Read the GNBA Clubhouse General Guidelines
3. Read the Clubhouse Event Checklist
4. Complete this application.

5. An email confirming your event date availability will be sent to you within a few days of submitting this form.


6. If you are scheduling a PRIVATE EVENT and received confirmation, please mail the following items to:


                                  GNBA Treasurer
                                  Box 226
                                  Niantic, CT  06357

  •  A check with your Name and Event Date on it and payable to GNBA Treasurer for a $250 donation fee.

  •  A check with your Name and the Event Date, payable to the GNBA Treasurer, for $250 as a Security Deposit (to be shredded if the Clubhouse is in proper condition post-event per the Event Checklist).

  • Proof of $1,000,000 Liability Insurance (via your Homeowner's Insurance)

By submitting this form, I agree that I have read, understand, and will follow the Clubhouse Guidelines and Clubhouse Checklist, which are available as documentation on the GNBA website.
