The “Clubhouse” is a 1740 sq. ft. three-season building that boasts a 30’ by 43’ air-conditioned/heated great room, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. French doors lead to an 18’ x 31’ open-air deck.
Scheduled association events such as meetings, community cocktail parties, and youth activities are held at the Clubhouse. In addition, beach members can meet informally for a game of cards, mah-jong, ping-pong, or socializing. GNBA members may reserve the Clubhouse for private social events by following the reservation and use process:
The Clubhouse is closed for the season and is not available for private events. It is expected to reopen for events in April, 2025.

The Clubhouse is a great resource that enhances our community experience. In order to avoid any potential scheduling conflicts, we ask that ALL events and meetings, other than impromptu drop-in use, be scheduled using our online form. You may include multiple events or meetings on one form. (NOTE: If you are requesting a private event use, you will also need to provide proof of insurance and a donation and security check per the instructions on the form. Applicant must be a GNBA member who will be attending the entirety of the event.
For Private Reservations of the Clubhouse, please complete application with the donation, security deposit, and proof of liability insurance of $1,000,000 on your homeowner’s policy. Users must follow all steps as outlined in CLUBHOUSE EVENT CHECKLIST. If you are a GNBA community group, those checks and insurance proof are not required).
