Commemorative Cookbook Submissions Sought

PWC IS TURNING 100 IN 2026In honor of the 100th anniversary of the PWC, we are compiling a cookbook full of memories and recipes! We need your help especially with the vintage recipes and photos of the PWC and Giants Neck Beach through the years.

Please submit your recipes- old and new- in whatever format you have. We would like to see some original handwritten recipes from residents from years gone by. If you have your recipe in an electronic format, that would be great.

Pictures should also be included in what you send us; just please identify people, places and timeframe.
